To assist children in reaching their full potential by providing positive support through professionally developed and supported one-to-one mentoring relationships with screened and trained volunteers who are committed to care. Children intially enter the program beween the ages of 6-14 but can remained matched until they turn eighteen or upon graduating from high school. Our philosophy revolves around a belief that every child has the ability to succeed and thrive in life if given the support, opportunities and experiences to reach their full potential. We also know that the increasingly complex demands of today's society can be addressed with sensitivity and simplicity through a mentoring relationship with a Big Brother or Big Sister. We provide additional support to the family structure, helping children grow into healthy and productive adults.
