Our Mission Big Brothers Big Sisters exists to enrich the lives of children by providing positive role models in a one-to-one mentoring relationship to promote self confidence, social awareness, competence and achievement for the benefit of children, families and our community. Our Vision In 2010, Big Brothers Big Sisters will be the recognized organization in one-to-one youth mentoring in our community, possessing a definitive and proven process based upon both national and local standards, serving 10% of the children in need of inmproving their developmental assets.
