You help support our important work for local at-risk children in need of positive, caring mentors when you participate in upcoming fundraisers and collect pledges for our cause. Use this system to create your personal fundraising web page for the event that you will be participating in, either the April 2nd Bowl For Kids' Sake event in Grass Valley, the May 14th Nevada City Mountain Bike Endurance Ride, or the October 8th Bowl For Kids' Sake event in Tahoe. Grass Valley Bowl For Kids' Sake: Rock-n-Roll Bowl

Come and join the fun! This is a signature Big Brothers Big Sisters event and agencies across the country recruit thousands of bowlers to support mentoring. Come and join us in Grass Valley with special guest emcee, Kat Maudru from The Eagle 96.9 classic rock station, to rock-n-roll while you bowl! Bowlers collect $100 in pledges or more each and receive a free t-shirt and are eligible for prizes in return. Bowlers have the option to dress up as the rock-n-roll star they always wanted to be (appropriate for all ages, of course!) and be entered into a contest for best costume.
13th Annual Nevada City Mountain Bike Endurance Ride
WHEN: Saturday, May 14th, All Day starting at 7:30 a.m.
WHERE: Nevada City, CA
This ride offers a 45 and 50-mile route that follows a beautiful loop out of Nevada City on local trails, including the incomparable South Yuba River Trail. The route is approximately 80% singletrack, 7,000 feet of climbing, with stunning views of the river. In place of registration fees, we ask riders to raise $250 in pledges for our mentoring programs. We provide t-shirts, bags full of goodies, check points with first-aid, water and snacks, as well as lunch and dinner for all riders.
