Ten year old, Blake has the diagnosis of Quadriplegic Spastic Cerebral Palsy. He is delayed in all areas ~ he doesn’t walk, talk, or play like other kids. He is in a wheelchair and requires therapy services to improve his motor skills. 

Blake would benefit from an intensive therapy program and his doctor and parents think that Intensive Therasuit Therapy through Leap Beyond Therapy would best benefit him as it has so many others. The cost is $5500 and Leap Beyond is giving BB4K a discount. ($4950)
