Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for the Minnesota Spay-Neuter Project (MNSP)! 

As many of you know, I have a great love for animals and passion around animal welfare issues.  I currently volunteer with MSNP as a fundraising grant writer.  MSNP's goal is to end the pet overpopulation problem in Minnesota by preventing unwanted litters of puppies and kittens.  The money we raise helps provide subsidized, affordable spay/neuter services to low-income residents who  lack access to veterinary clinics and/or the financial resources needed to have their animals sterilized.  

This work is so critical because an unspayed female cat, her mate and all of their offspring, producing 2 litters per year, can produce over 10,000 kittens in just 5 years.  There simply are not enough homes for all of them.  As a result, many of these kittens will end up on the streets homeless, fighting for their survival, or be placed in shelters and ultimately euthanized.  

Let's stop the cycle and change this terrible reality.  Please help us  prevent unwanted litters.  Every dollar you donate saves the lives of many animals!
