Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for the 2009 Swim for Life!  This annual event is organized by the District of Columbia Aquatics Club.  My goal is to swim 3 miles (4 if the conditions are favorable!) while helping raise funds for the worthy charities listed below.  Remember, all donations are tax deductible and go towards great causes on the Eastern Shore of Maryland!  

Proceeds raised are donated to organizations assisting persons and families living with HIV/AIDS, and to the Chester River Association- which advocates for healthy and (swimmable!) waters.  The specific local charitable organizations include:
