On May 9th I will be walking with my children, grandchildren, other family members and friends in memory of Tom to raise money for Hospice so that they can continue to provide the same level of support for other families in need of compassionate end-of-life care as they did for our family.  Engaging Hospice meant that Tom could be cared for at home surrounded by family and friends with the help of the Hospice team instead of in a hospital.
