MISSION STATEMENT:  Habitat for Humanity of Brevard County, Inc. is an ecumenical Christian housing ministry working in partnership with the community of Brevard County to eliminate substandard and inadequate housing by building simple, decent, affordable homes in partnership with God's people in need.

Family Partners are selected based on the following:

1. Need for shelter (Currently living in substandard, inadequate or transitional housing)
2. Ability to Pay (Sustained income to pay for a 30 year, zero interest, mortgage payment)
3. Willingness to Partner (Invest a minimum of 200 "sweat equity" hours building Habitat houses)
