Our personal message:

Hey all,

Thanks for stopping by my personal fundraising page!  Following a bit of hemming and hawing, I bit the bullet and enrolled myself in the 113th running of the one-and-only Boston Marathon.  On Marathon Monday, I will be joining my fellow BWHers (The Fantastic Four @ 9B & the rest of Team Brigham) as well as thousands of others to run this world-renowned race.

Running has long been a dedication of mine that has tested my physical and mental capacities by continuously creating new & challenging boundaries.  From the 400 meter to the 1 mile, the 5K to the 5 mile, I've tested myself in new ways with every race.  The 26.2 mile race is sure to be my greatest challenge yet.

As part of Team Brigham, I have promised to raise $3000 in support of Brigham and Women's community health programs.  The team's donations benefit lower-income neighborhoods in the Greater Boston area.  Since 1998, Team Brigham has raised over $3.7 million toward programs including financial assistance for breast cancer treatment, domestic violence intervention, and healthcare internship opportunities for area high school students.  All donations I receive will benefit these great causes and anything you can provide is hugely appreciated.  Between the rigorous training and tremendous fundraising, I know this is going to be an incredible experience.

Feel free to pass this page along to anyone who may be interested in donating.  Thanks again for stopping by and for all your help in the coming months!

Take care,

Brian
