The Massachusetts Amateur Sports Foundation (MASF) is a private, non profit charitable organization whose mission is to promote personal development, education, health, fitness, teamwork and sportsmanship through athletic competitions and educational programs for the people of Massachusetts.

Major programs of the Foundation include the Bay State Summer Games, Bay State Winter Games, the Mass Shape Up Health & Fitness Initiative, the Verizon / Future Leaders Scholarship Program, the New Balance Sportsmanship Initiative, a Sports Medicine Conference and the Bay State Games Hall of Fame Program.
