Burroughs Annual Freezin' for a Reason
Join the dozens of supporters who run into the ice cold waters of Long Island Sound to help raise money for the Burroughs Community Center in Bridgeport, CT.
The 2009 event took place on Jennings Beach in Fairfield at 11AM Saturday February 7th. Registration and Post Plunge Party took place at the Gaelic American Club which is just down the road from the beach. We will keep you posted on details for 2010!
We ask that plungers raise a minimum of $150 with their goal being much higher. All participants raising at least $150 receive a special prize and free admission into the Post Plunge Party. For each additional $100 raised, they are entered into a drawing for a number of great prizes!
