Montgomery Dragon Boat Race and Festival
Begin registration by clicking the GREEN "REGISTER" button at the top of the page.
Step 1: Enter the 'Quantity' or number of paddlers you will be registering
Step 2: Create a FirstGiving Account. This is not a membership and there is no fee. The account will allow you to access your fundraising tools and track your progress. (You DO NOT need to create a custom Firstgiving URL). Click 'Create Account'
Step 3: Enter information required for paddler registration. All fields are required to be filled in to proceed to the next step.
Step 4: Select the team you are paddling on. If you do not see your team listed please contact your team captain or the festival director Andrew Szymanski. 334-625-9411.
Step 5: Create a fundraising page and set a goal. This will allow you to send emails, Facebook postings, or Tweets to your friends, coworkers, and family to help you raise your team's registration fee ($2,500). There is not a set 'Registration Fee'
Note: If your team's registration fee is being paid by corporate check or your team is a sponsor of the event you do not need to create a fundraising page. Please check with your captain to see if you fall into that category.

Your team’s $2,500 tax deductible registration fee is due in full by July 15. Each team member's donation and online fundraising will be counted toward the total and toward our fundraising competitions. Each team may have between 21 and 25 members. More details at our FAQ.
This event raises public awareness and financial support for two local charities: Rebuilding Together Central Alabama & Bridge Builders Alabama. Thank you for participating and have a great time!
