Orange Grove Center has launched a Capital Campaign to raise nearly five million dollars. We, as employees, have decided to call our theme "More than a Job."

As many of you know, Orange Grove Center has been a part of my life for the past fourteen years, I accepted my first position with this organization upon graduation from college.

I cannot begin to express how this organization touches my life on a daily basis, and my daughter, Alana, as well. She asks at least weekly how Charlie is doing.  She also volunteered at Special Olympics, and absolutely loved it. In fact, every year she wants to participate and hopes that her dance schedule will allow it.

Although I do not work directly with service recipients day in and day out, they influence my every decision. As the Director of the Human Resources Department, I am responsible for and take great pride in ensuring that our service recipients receive quality care providers. My position within the organization is often times stressful, but all it takes is my daily visits from Charlie and Robert, and I am reminded of how much I love my job and this organization.
