Dear Friends:

I am running the Beach to Beacon 10K in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. While I usually run longer races, I am running for a meaningful charity. I should also point out that it is a gorgeous race along the Ocean in Southern Maine.( http://www.pslstrive.org/ )

Strive is a program that helps those with disabilities become successful citizens in the workplace through education and mentoring. Many parents think their children will live at home their whole lives. With Strive, these young adults are going to college and living in apartments near campus. It's really quite remarkable.

This is a little way for you to contribute to charity. It is tax deductible. This web site allows you to donate any amount with with a debit card or credit card. We have sent this to 200 people, so if everyone donates $5, we will reach our goal of $1000.
