Church Community Services offers respect, hope, and compassion as we seek to assist Elkhart County families in need.
People come to us struggling to make ends meet. They are:
• Unemployed or working but not earning enough to support their families
• Single parents trying their best to raise their children
• Disabled or elderly, stretching a fixed income
Our food pantry is the largest in our area, serving an average of 2,400 households once each month. The Food Bank of Elkhart County distributes food to over 40 Elkhart County pantries and hot meal sites, including fresh locally grown produce provided by Seed to Feed. Emergency financial assistance helps families avoid eviction, utility shut off, or the need to choose between gas in the car or essential prescription medicines.

Soup of Success and Men Alive are job-and life-skills training programs that empower long-term positive change with women and men who seek to build more stable, sustainable, fulfilling lives.

Founded in 1968 by several churches, today CCS is an outreach arm of caring individuals, businesses, and organizations including over 50 churches.
