Church Community Services offers respect, hope, and compassion as we seek to assist Elkhart County families in need. We exist to serve people in poverty.
People come to us struggling to make ends meet. They are:
• Unemployed or working but not earning enough to support their families
• Single parents trying their best to raise their children
• Disabled or elder, stretching a fixed income
To meet people where they are, we provide the largest food pantry in our area and emergency financial assistance to help families avoid eviction, utility shut off, or the need to choose between gas in the car and essential prescription medicines.
Soup of Success, our job- and life-skills training program, empowers long-term positive change as women seek to build more stable, sustainable, fulfilling lives.
Founded in 1968 by several churches, today CCS is an outreach arm of caring individuals, businesses, and organizations including over 50 churches.
