The Great Skate for Hunger: Cold Feet, Warm Hearts
Each year thousands of families in Elkhart County struggle to put food on the table. 1 in 4 Elkhart County children and 17% of all our neighbors lack enough food. Over 2,300 households each month seek food help at Church Community Services. These numbers are astounding and continue to grow. This year you can make a difference -- on ice.
What: The Great Skate.
When: 6 pm to midnight Friday, Feb. 8, 2013. Skate as much or as little as you want. Bring your own skates or rent skates at the park.
Where: NIBCO Water and Ice Park, downtown Elkhart.
All proceeds of The Great Skate will benefit Church Community Services.
The Elkhart Truth is sponsoring this event.

Or print out a pledge log and enlist them offline. Checks should be made out to Church Community Services with "The Great Skate" in the memo line.
The 3 skaters who raise the most money in pledges will win prizes.
