This page is in memory of Georgina Pujadas. She was a wonderful mother, wife, grandmother, daughter, and friend. Anyone that knew her fell in love with her. She was always so sweet, kind, giving, strong, beautiful, and smart. Unfortunatly we lost her three years ago from ovarian cancer that later spread, and it has been very hard since my grandmother passed away.
We had a very close bond, I cant even begin to explain to you what she meant to me; she was and will always be the world to me! A little piece from one of my blogs was from when she was at her last days...
August 15, 2005 loosing a loved one is very hard, everyday its harder and harder to see this woman who helped raise me quickly deteriorate in front of my eyes. I went through mixed emotions especially not knowing how to handle what was happening before me. Once we knew the cancer had spread to almost all over her body the doctor stated its just a matter of time, and theres nothing else they can do for her. It was harder as she became more ill and could hardly speak. One of the last things I recall her telling me was how scared she was.
So with that being said Im trying to raise money on behalf of a wonderful woman for those with cancer, those lost to cancer, cancer survivors, and their family and friends. I was always taught " that its the little things that count." For example about two years ago I let my hair grow so that I could donate it, this is something I plan on doing from here on out. If we all put our best foot forward then we have hope, and therefore ANYTHING is possible!
Many thanks for your support <3
