I am an employee at HSSW and I see so many animals come in every day. One day last week alone we got in 60 animals including 4 litters of kittens. Not to mention the huge seizure that came in this week.  We are a small county shelter that is trying to bring our shelter up to the level of some of the great shelters in the country today and we have some great staff that work every day with that goal in mind. However even the best staff can't make this shelter the best that it can be without the support of the public. So please help us with this fundraiser. I have set what may seem to be a high goal but I came up with that number because we can easily get in 70 animals in a day and since most of the animals that come in are not spayed or neutered it takes $5000 to spay and neuter just those 70. So even if you can't donate a lot even a little can help,

just $5 can give a cat litter for a week,

$10 can vaccinate an animal,

$20 can purchase 100 syringes,

$50 can spay or neuter one cat,

$100 can spay or neuter one dog,

as you can see I have a high goal but every little bit helps in a big way.
