On behalf of the hundreds of children, teens and families who come through our doors, thank you for supporting our 5th Annual Memories Walk and Fun Run.  This year's event was the most successful ever.  We had twice as many walkers/runners as well as twice as many teams.

We are thankful to the Medford Boat Club for generously donating the use of their facilities and grounds.  We really needed the facilities because it POURED!  But the rain didn't dampen our spirits because we were all together and able to share in this special day.

The mission of the Children's Room is to help grieving children, teenagers, and families in our communities to go on living fully.  We believe that death is a natural part of life and that everyone, including small children, have the ability within themselves to heal with the support of a caring community.  Our volunteers and staff create a safe and caring environment for hundreds of children and their families.

Families from over 75 communities in Eastern Massachusetts come to The Children's Room.  Our 100 volunteers are the cornerstone of our program, and we are grateful for their support.  Your donation will help The Children's Room reach out to more children and their families who need us.  THANK YOU!
