Everyone needs yoga, to know what is yoga and its benefits.But not everyone can afford yoga. This is my gift to our community. Besides this small token, I will do an outreach to teach yoga to seniors at no cost to them as soon as I complete another yoga training and certification designed specially for the senior body and after I come back from India in the spring of 2009. Please help me achieve my goal. Together, we can make this happen.

There is compassion in every human heart. Invite the divine light from within your heart and let it shine for the universe to see.

On Saturday, September 27th, thousands of yogis across USA will practice together. There are six venues in California, Sacramento as one of them (Discovery Park). Please join us at the event. It starts at 6:30 in the morning.

I will do 108 sun salutes on this morning for two hours together with thousands of yogis all across US. Let's age gracefully together.
