ING New York City Marathon 2009

November 1, 2009: Coach Bill Cannon, Megan Cannon, Ezra Levine, Joshua Sonett, Shannon Lynch, Veanna Knoeller, Jim White, Dakota Stranik, Thierry Drecq, Oliver Hasler, Eric Coisne, Geraldine Kilgore, Jennifer Marshall, JB Wakefield, Mike Haire, Bob Sweeney, Peggy Healy, Maurice Mitchell, Carlos Salmun, Andy Morse, Evon Joyce, Trish Powers, Jean-Michel Guarneri, Kevin Hudson, Kevin Wong, and Alexa and Marilyn Nasta ran 26.2 miles and crossed the finish line on behalf of homeless youth.

Each year, Covenant House New Jersey serves over 2,000 homeless, runaway and at-risk youth between the ages of 18-21, fulfilling their immediate needs of food, shelter, and clothing, with the additional supports they need to obtain a life of indepedence.  Each night, 127 young people and 19 of their babies stay with us.  BY RUNNING FOR THE HOME TEAM YOU CAN OPEN DOORS FOR HOMELESS YOUTH!
