My personal message:

As most of you know I have been practicing yoga for many years now and recently became certified to teach. My decision to teach was brought on by my desire to pass along something that truly helped me through many hard times in life as well as good! However as down as I may have been I am fortunate to not have been a victim of abuse. I am happy to play my part in helping these organizations bring yoga to women to regain a sense of happiness, confidence and empowerment. Any donations are greatly appreciated or come and salute the sun alongside me!
