Benefiting AUTISM SOCIETY OF AMERICA

Join our local community as we recognize Autism Awareness Month at the CNY Autism Society's 12th annual "one piece at a time" Autism Awareness Walk!

When: Saturday, April 29, 2017

Where:  Long Branch Park in Liverpool.

Time: Registration: 9:00, Walk: 10am.

What to do:  There will be family-friendly activities at the Park for walkers to enjoy, vendor tables to visit with and opportunities to network, awareness items available to purchase, and light refreshments will be available. This walk route is disability-accessible.

How to participate: Create your own team of friends and family to participate in support of  autism, or register to walk solo.  Walkers also have the opportunity to help support community programs for individuals with autism.  Contributions can be made online via the CNY Autism Society's Firstgiving site.  Fundraising is not a requirement to participate in the Walk; there is no fee to participate. As always, our main goal is to raise awareness of autism and its related disorders in our community. Monies raised will enable our organization to continue to enrich our community with collaborative summer programming, recreational opportunities, continuing education, and assistance to families seeking supports/therapies.  Any additional questions can be answered by emailing us at cnyasa@yahoo.com.  We look forward to seeing you there!
