At City of Dreams our mission is to help youth living in low income housing build brighter futures through mentorship and youth development.

On April 30, 2006, Marcus Law, a former City of Dreams mentee was shot and killed. Marcus was a bright young man, polite and respectful, with a promising future ahead of him. Marcus once wrote, “I want a mentor to keep me away from negative influences.” Sadly, the negative influences of his environment are what led to his death.

JOIN US on April 20th, 2011 as we honor the life of Marcus Law, and celebrate the culmination of our fundraising drive to support our city’s most challenged youth at the 6th Annual Bowl for the Kids event in San Francisco.

The purpose of the night is to let us CELEBRATE YOU for your dedication and hard work. It will be a FUN FILLED evening with strikes, spares, colorful shoes, bowling contests, drinks and food!

What: Fundraiser & Community Awareness event, in memory of Marcus Law
When: April 20th, 2011 from 7:30pm to 11:00pm
Where: Presidio Bowl in San Francisco
Proceeds: All proceeds benefit City of Dreams, a mentorship and youth development program serving youth living in low income housing.
