Vertical Cure is a fundraising alpine ski event challenging participants to ski as many vertical feet as possible in one day. This is my fifth year of participating in this wonderful event. My goal this year is to snowboard 60,000 Vertical Feet in one day. It is also my goal is to raise awareness of Scleroderma - a chronic, autoimmune tissue disease that currently does not have a cure - as well as secure charitable pledges to support research for the disease. The past 7 years, our event has raised over $122,000 for the Scleroderma Foundation as participants have skied over 6.4 million feet for the cause – and we have had a great time doing it. This year, has special meaning and calls for your urgent support. The Vertical Cure's founder, Chris Corman, lost his mom to Scleroderma in 2007 and we need your donations to help the fight against this chronic disease.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to my fundraising efforts.
Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
