In May 2010, Covenant Church Colleyville launched the "Let's Build It!" campaign to raise funds for its new 18,000 sq. ft. children's and youth facility. On December 5, 2010, a groundbreaking ceremony was held and Phase 1 of the project began. Over the course of the next ten months, the building pad site and ground utilities were prepared, concrete was poured, tilt walls were erected and landscaping was installed. Phase 1 of the Student Ministries Building Project was completed in September 2011.

In Phase 2 consisted of interior utilities, framing and sheetrock, the installation of the flooring and lighting and of course painting. Additionally, the infrastructure for media, sound, lighting and the coffee bar was installed. Phase 1 and 2 were completed without incurring any debt!

Our focus now is Phase 3 whcih began March 5th. It will cost approximately $400,000 to purchase audio, video, gameroom and coffee bar equipment, chairs and office furniture.
