Thank you for getting involved in this urgent and necessary
grassroots campaign to win the fight against Lyme disease by participating in one of our many scheduled Create Footprints' Walks across the United States.
Such Walks are organized and run by various volunteers in their respective communities to help raise donations for Turn the Corner Foundation.
Turn the Corner Foundation
Turn the Corner Foundation was started in 2003 and it has quickly become one of the country's leading organizations in the fight against Lyme disease. Its mission is to raise donations to support of research, education, awareness and innovative treatments for Lyme disease and other tick-borne diseases in order to find a cure. With an impressive medical advisory board comprised of the top Lyme literate physicians in the country, Turn the Corner is focused on the areas most likely to lead us to a cure. Registering and Getting Started
It only takes a few minutes to register or to create your online fundraising page by following these steps (consider printing these instructions so you can follow along as you navigate through the website):
1.) Press the Get Started button above.
2.) Select the Walk you are interested in participating in
3.) Select the correct registration type "Register online now (yourself, as well as others)” and press continue.
(**if you have already registered online with us and have the code we emailed you , please select the second option “Create my fundraising page (I'm already registered online and have a registration code”** ).
4.) Next type in the correct number people you are registering (1 for yourself), read and agree to the waiver, press continue.
5.) On the “Please enter your e-mail address page” enter your e-mail address and select I am new to this site and press continue.
6.) Fill in your details step by step and press continue.
7.) Select your team from the team list or Add New Team if it’s not listed. (If you are not apart of a team, click on No Thanks in the upper right hand corner).
8.) Confirm and enter your payment details for the registration.
9.) Click on Create Your Page if you would like to personalize your fundraising page immediately, if not, come back later with the registration code that is emailed to you.
Send the link out to your friends, family, colleagues - anyone you think will help you reach your goal.
