WALK ON THE WILD SIDE
for the Clinton River and Lake St. Clair

TO HELP FUND OUR PROGRAMS AND SERVICES!

The event will be hosted in the morning and will be family friendly so please encourage your friends to come together as teams to ‘Walk for our River’. The 2 mile walk will take you through the zoo where you will be able to enjoy zoo amenities as part of our walk to raise funds and awareness of the importance of good water quality. We will have food and beverages before and after the event.

Registration fee is $10.00 per person and includes all-day admission to the Detroit Zoo! 

Proceeds raised through this event will benefit the CRWC programs and services provided to the 1.5 million people in our watershed.

 

The mission of the Clinton River Watershed Council is to protect, enhance, and celebrate the Clinton River, its watershed, and Lake St. Clair.

 

O U R   M I S S I O N

The Clinton River Watershed Council will be celebrating our 13th Annual Fundraiser in 2011 with a Walk-A-Thon at the Detroit Zoo on Saturday, July 23th at 8:30AM.

Clinton River Watershed Council is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that obtains funding from grants and private donors. We are supported by local and county government membership dues, business sponsorships, state, federal and private grants, and individual contributions.
