WALK ON THE WILD SIDE
for the Clinton River and Lake St. Clair
Saturday, July 27, 2013 | 8:30AM
Seven hundred and sixty square miles of land in four counties and sixty communities. 1.5 million people live in our watershed. Thousands of lakes, ponds and wetlands. Hundreds of miles of clear, cold streams. Home to heron, trout and mink.
A playground for fishing, paddling, hiking and biking. Gateway to Lake St. Clair’s boating paradise.
This is the Clinton River watershed.
For over 40 years, the Clinton River Watershed Council (CRWC) has provided opportunities for citizens, schools, governments, businesses, and other community groups to get involved and active in ensuring a healthy Clinton River for us all. Through education, stewardship, and watershed management we strive to make a difference in our watershed …for today and for future generations.
