Thank You to everyone that gave to the cause of helping us bring clean water to people that simply do not have it.  Your support and giving will definitely bless people you will probably never meet this side of heaven, but know in your hearts you have made a difference.

Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to read this letter!  Clarke Holter, a friend and colleague, and I will be running in the Tupelo Marathon in Sept. 2009.  As I have been thinking about this endeavor, I wanted to do something more than just run. I wanted to help people in need if possible through the sport of running. I came across World Vision and knew this organization was who I wanted to partner  with to help those in need. 

Clarke and I are on a running mission to bring clean water to parts of Africa and we need your help to make this possible.  I know we are in hard times economically and some of you might not be able to give money, but if those of you who could spare a dollar or two towards this goal then we could help change lives.  Here it how it works: we run, train, and leave it all out on 26.2 miles in the Mississippi heat and you help us financially meet the needs of those who can not help themselves by donating to our cause.  You will never know this side of heaven who you are helping, but our Father will!
