Lauren’s Run is back for its 14th year! Founded in 1992 in memory of Lauren Zagoria and continuing in memory of Lauren Kochman, Lauren’s Run has raised over $2 million for pediatric cancer research. All funds will be directed towards CURE’s funding of life-saving pediatric cancer research at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Emory University School of Medicine.
All participants are invited to stay for the CURE Childhood Cancer Annual Picnic following the run!
Schedule
6:30 am - Registration begins (open till the start of each event)
8:00 am 5K, 9:30 am 2K, 10 am Tot Trot
Fees
Adults - $20, $25 on race day
Children 12 & under - $15
Phantom Runner (if you cannot attend – we’ll mail you a t-shirt after the run) - $25
Tribute Signs - $50 - pay tribute to someone special who has been touched by cancer - signs will be placed along the 2K course & can be taken home after the event – Order Deadline – April 18th
Teams
Be Creative! Awards will be given to the team with the most pre-registered participants, the team that raises the most money and the team with the most team spirit. Teams are made up of 10 or more people running or walking together. Be sure to register with the correct team name, choose a Team Captain and set a fundraising goal!
