My personal schedule will include mixed classes (Bootcamp, Yoga, Kickboxing, etc.) and free time (treadmill, bikes, weights, etc.). This is going to be a great challange for me and I look forward to it!! I also look forward to telling you on the 19th, that I did it and didn't even have to call the paramedics!! :)
