Hello everyone. I am Officer Derek Mahlum of the Havre Police Department in Montana. I am son of Dean and Marlene Mahlum and brother of Detective Doug Mahlum.  (this is in case this email gets forwarded to their friends) I am jumping into a tank of FREEZING COLD water for the second year in a row in Havre to benefit Special Olympics Montana.  I am a VERY strong supporter of Special Olympics and would greatly appreciate your help.  My personal goal this year is $3,000 with an over all goal for the event set at $10,000.  Last year the water was 38 degrees but we added over 2,000 pounds of ice to drop the temp down to 34! Trust me thats FREEZIN FOR A REASON. I would greatly appreciate your help.  Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated.
