Happy Holidays to All!
This Penguin is coming out of hibernation and my first order of business is to raise money for the NH Special Olympics. Since I will need to get back in the water, I will be raising money until Feb. 1, 2009, when I plan on 'plunging" into the ICY ATLANTIC.
The Penguin Plunge is the top fundraising event of the year for the NH Special Olympics. My team, The Frozen Sections, and I are hoping to hold on to the top fundraising trophy for another year. It won't be easy, there is stiff competition from a number of teams. Including our arch-rivals, The Chilly Willy's.
This is a difficult year for fundraising, so only give what you can. The majority of the money raised by our team for the NH Special Olympics, stays with our local program.
REMEMBER...when you give to The Special Olmpics...EVERYONE'S a WINNER!
