The Step Up for Down Syndrome awareness walk is such a fun day for family and friends to come together to celebrate the special people in our lives with Down syndrome, and the DSAGSL and our sponsors are excited about having you and your team at this year's event on SUNDAY, JUNE 3, 2012. The event will be located at the upper Muny parking lot in Forest Park and will begin at 9:30am and end at 1:00pm. The day will be filled with music, food, games, arts & crafts, and entertainment. It is sure to be a fantastic experience for everyone!
We've made it simple for you to raise funds quickly & easily for Down Syndrome Association of Greater St Louis. Top fundraisers will be able to participate in the opening ceremony at our Walk in the Park Cardinals game on Saturday, September 29, 2012, so don't waste any time creating your fundraising page!
Getting started is easy
It only takes a few minutes to create your Online Fundraising Page:
- Click the Start Fundraising button
- Select 2012 Step Up for Down Syndrome
- Select Raise Money, then Sign In or Create New Profile (you can use your login info from previous years if you have the same email address)
- Under Add a new team put your team name (you can use the same team name from previous years) click on Add
- Personalize the text and the photo on your Online Fundraising Page to express your passions and your purpose.
- Send the link out to your friends, family, colleagues - anyone you think will help you reach your goal.
A team can have more than one fundraiser. If you have additional fundraisers make sure they select the correct team name for which they are going to create a fundraiser page.
