The Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin - Fox Cities is a chapter of the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin. From this page, you can register and fundraise for our Fox Cities Down Syndrome Awareness Walk! Click on START FUNDRAISING above to register for the walk.
Pre-Registration will be accepted until Noon (CST) on Wednesday, October 3rd. Onsite registration will be accepted at the walk but t-shirts are only guaranteed to those who pre-register.
If you would like to make a donation to the Fox Cities Chapter of DSAW, please CLICK HERE. The Donate button on the bottom right of this page gives directly to DSAW, but not to the Fox Cities Chapter.
Walk Details
Saturday, October 6th at Riverside Park in Neenah (Click HERE for directions)
Registration and Check-In starts at 10:30am
10:30-12:30 Lunch and Pre-Walk Activities
Food, DJ, Petting Zoo, Saving Paws Animals, Craft Station by The Learning Shop, Bounce House and Giant Slide by Wild Air, Raffles, Resource Tent, Clowns, Face Painting, Magician and much more!
12:30 Pre-Walk Rally and Awards Ceremony Led by Chelly Boutott of WFRV Channel 5
1:00pm Walk Begins (Approximately 1 mile stroll through the park and along Lake Winnebago)

How to Fundraise
ONLINE FUNDRAISING: Make an online fundraising page after you register. Don't forget to join or create a team, then invite your friends and family to visit your fundraising page to make a pledge to your team!
OFFLINE FUNDRAISING: Click HERE to print a pledge sheet. Then simply follow the directions at the top of the sheet.
Fundraising Prizes Deadline!
To be considered for top fundraising prizes, donations must be received at DSAW-Fox Cities P.O. Box 2232 Appleton, WI 54912 by Wednesday, October 3rd.

The Awareness Walk is designed to help raise funds, AND to help raise awareness and promote inclusion, diversity and acceptance of Down syndrome, as well as strive to guarantee access to a full life for all individuals with Down syndrome, their families and friends.We place priority on support and education, delivering quality programs and services, and maximizing available resources.
