Down Syndrome Indiana Buddy Walk ® 2012

Saturday October 13th, 2012

Celebration Plaza, White River State Park

Are You Ready for Buddy Walk ® 2012?

Greetings, friends and family of Down Syndrome Indiana!  The 15th edition of the Buddy Walk® promises to be a wonderful day of celebrating the lives of individuals with Down syndrome.

The event will feature an information tent that will house more than 25 non-profit agencies that provide valuable resources to families and individuals with Down syndrome.   In addition, DSI will host a silent auction full of valuable goods and services and much more!

Teams that raise at least $5,000 by August 1, will receive one outdoor billboard posting in which your child will be featured to promote the Buddy Walk®.   Also, teams calling on corporate sponsors may use DSI corporate sponsorship package information to solicit prospects.   Corporations contributing through teams will receive the same sponsorship opportunities as if they were directly solicited by the organization.   Teams will designate these contributions as off-line donations.

To gather sponsorship package information, contact Mike Wolinsky, DSI Director of Resource Development by calling (317) 925-7617 or toll free, 888-989-9255 or sending e-mail request to mike@dsindiana.org.   MIke can also help you organize third party fund raisers and promotional programs to help raise additional funds.

Register your Buddy Walk® team today and help us make an impact on the lives of thousands of Hoosiers.

As always, thank you for your involvement and participation. Without each and every one of you, Down Syndrome Indiana would not be able to continue its positive impact on the community!

Sincerely,

The Down Syndrome Indiana Buddy Walk® Team
