How To:

- Select your event.
- Follow the instructions to enter your contact information and join a team.
- Create an online fundraising page by clicking Create Your Page.
- Personalize the text and photo on your Fundraising Page, expressing your passion and why you are supporting DYF.
- Set a fundraising goal. The sky's the limit - top fundraiser wins a FREE campership!!
- Activate your page by sending an email and letters with the link to your Fundraising Page asking for support from family, friends, colleagues - anyone you think will help you to reach your goal.

The Diabetic Youth Foundation is an independent non-profit organization. The DYF serves over 1500 people affected by type-1 diabetes each year. Our mission is "to improve the quality of life for children, teens and families affected by diabetes. The Foundation provides education and recreation within a supportive community, encouraging personal growth, knowledge and independence."
We have been operating programs for persons affected by diabetes for 73 years, not long after the discovery of insulin. The DYF offers one-day, weekend and summer-long programs in California, providing top-quality diabetes education in a supportive community emphasizing recreation, fun, adventure, friendship, understanding, growth and encouragement.
