Join us once again on SUNDAY, October 28th, 2012 as Rhode Island walks for Epilepsy!

Support programs and services for people with epilepsy in your communities by joining us for a fun Halloween themed 5k walk through Slater Park, followed by lunch and fun!

Bring your friends and family - wear your Halloween costumes - and have a great time for a great cause!

 

 When: Sunday, October 28, 2012

Where: Slater Memorial Park, Pawtucket, RI

Time: Registration opens at 10 am.  Walk begins at 11 am.  

Food and entertainment to follow the walk.  

 

*Preregistration is $10.00 per individual.  This includes individual registration and any individual joining a team.  Registration increases to $20.00 at the walk if you have not preregistered.  Children 12 and under are free.                                                                              

*Registration closes at midnight on Friday, October 26th.
