Join Us for the 19th Annual Walk for Epilepsy and Clothing Donation Drive

WHEN: Saturday, May 19, 2012
             Check-in: 9:00 a.m.
             Walk begins 10:30 a.m.
             BBQ starts at 11:30 a.m.

REGISTRATION is $10 per person, children 12 and under are FREE
DEADLINE is NOON May 18th
Day of Registration is $20 per person, children under 12 are free

You will be given the opportunity to join an existing team during the registration process if you wish. Please look for your team in the list and click the link to join that team. To request step by step instructions click here and they will be emailed to you.
