Our no-kill animal shelter  - and the 8,000 animals who come to our doors each year - are dependent upon the support of animal lovers like you. Join us for Paws in the Park 2008, and help give them the loving care and safe homes they deserve.

Walk in honor or memory of an animal you love, and know that your gift provides the world to animals in need.  Create a "pack" (team) of your own, or see if you can be the "top dog" (individual fundraiser). Already booked on March 30? Join us as a "virtual walker!"

Paws in the Park 2008 Event Schedule
Sunday, March 30 - Kit Carson Park

8-9 am: Registration, complimentary breakfast & Starbucks coffee for registered walkers and gourmet treats for dogs, meet-and-greet with adoptable dogs, therapy dogs, and special guests
9 am: Walk kickoff - 1.5 and 2.5 mile loops
10:15 am: Dog-gone fun contests
10:45 am: Canine Couture fashion show
11:00 am: Award ceremony
11:15 am: "Ask the Behaviorist" and "Ask the Vet"
8 am - 12:00 pm: Paw Expo, entertainment, and tons of tail-wagging, laughter, & fun for the whole family - including the furry ones!

Paws in the Park 2008 supports our adoption, rescue and rehabilitation programs. Do you have feline friends? Consider letting them cat-nap the morning away (what cat wants to be seen in public with a bunch of dogs, anyway?), and join us in their honor. After all, Paws in the Park 2008 will help all animals in need!
