Thank you for visiting our fundraising page in support of Horizons for Youth!

On Sunday, August 10th, Horizons for Youth will again have a team of runners for the 2008 Chicago Distance Classic Half Marathon.  We are running to raise funds to support Horizons for Youth and its students.

Horizons for Youth is the only organization in Chicago offering the unique combination of need-based scholarships, one-on-one mentoring, and enrichment programs for 108 elementary (K - 8th) school students!

$2,000 is a challenging goal, but it will contribute to a one year scholarship for a special student. Horizons for Youth has had a huge impact in the community. The alumni stats speak for themselves: 100% high school graduation rate and an 80% college attendance rate.

So please consider making an online contribution.  Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure.  It is also the most efficient way to support our fundraising efforts.
