This picture is of my mom, Ann Wilkinson, and sister, Becky Perry. They both have PKD (polycystic kidney disease) which is a hereditary disease. There is no cure for PKD...yet. My mother's illness has progressed to the point that she is on dialysis three days a week. She will always need dialysis until she receives a kidney transplant. I have joined fundraising efforts for the National Kidney Foundation to honor both of them. They are brave women!
As you can see, this cause is dear to my heart--any amount you can give would be appreciated.
