I actually have Scleroderma and know first hand how difficult it is to manage it.  But hard as it is, it's much better today than it has been in the past.  Many "Thanks!" to the research and support provided by the Scleroderma Foundation's ongoing efforts.

I am super excited about the walk this year. Raising money and getting sponsors has been surprisingly easy this year because of all the people who are helping me get sponsors and asking around their friends and so on. I know first hand how hard it is to ask people to donate to a foundation for a disease they've never heard of (at least I think it's terrifying!) Anyways I want to especially thank my mommy for all the things she's had to do which includes a loooooot of phone calls to hospitals and missing alot of work. I love you sooo very much!! :)   -ellie.
