Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!
***UPDATE NOV 9, 2008***
This morning I completed my 10k run in the bitter cold and whipping winds of central Illinois. It was 34ºF this morning. BRRRRRR! Yes, it was cold, but the discomfort experienced during an hour of cold weather running is nothing compared to what a person with MS experiences during his or her lifetime. I ran this morning for everyone who is unable to run. It's such a small, insigificant thing, really. But I reached my fundraising goal in only 2 weeks, and that is huge - thank you all for your support.
I will continue to accept donations for the National MS Society for another few months, so don't worry if you didn't get your donation in before the run. There's still plenty of time! :)
******************
I am running 10k as a part of World Run Day for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. A very good friend of mine was recently diagnosed with MS, and I am dedicating my 10k run to her, and all those who live with MS. Please show your support by making a donation to the National MS Society through my website. Every donation makes a difference - no gift is too small.
Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.
Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
