It's time for lemonade! The 3rd Annual Alex's Lemonade Stand in Honor of Emma Johnson will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2008 in Hershey, PA. We are honored to be designated as an Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation and Country Time Lemonade Grand Stand Event! We hope those of you in the Hershey area can come to this family-oriented carnival which will be held at the Hershey Recreation Center (605 Cocoa Ave, Hershey--where Cocoa Castle and the pools are) from 10am-4pm. There will be plenty of kids' activities including face painting, crafts, games, spin art, and much more. We will have fabulous raffle prizes, a dunk tank, food, music, and plenty of lemonade! Remember that coins count, so bring your loose change and join our coin guessing contest!

This year, we are grateful for support from our corporate matching sponsors—with their generosity, every penny donated at the lemonade stand will be matched! Many thanks to Desouza Brown, Ilonka Floral Decorator, Global Imaging Systems, Michigan Office Solutions, Synthes CMF, Xerox Corporation, Dr. Timothy Price, and an anonymous donor.
Our daughter, Emma Johnson, was diagnosed shortly at age 4 with advanced neuroblastoma, the same deadly cancer that took the life of Alex Scott. After a difficult battle, Emma is currently cancer free (www.carepages.com, page name=emmalindsay). Children in the United States are diagnosed with cancer every day, and it is the leading cause of death by disease in children.
Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation funds desperately needed pediatric cancer research. Please forward this website to anyone you think may be interested in helping this amazing cause. We need your help to fight childhood cancer! If you are interested in volunteering, contact Cynthia at cchuangmd@gmail.com.
With hope, Shane and Cynthia Johnson (Emma's parents)
