Silver Age Yoga is improving the lives of economically disadvantaged seniors
by providing health enhancing yoga practices at no cost to them.

There is compassion in every human heart. Bringing yoga into the lives of economically disadvantaged seniors elevates compassion to another level. The gratitude expressed by the participating seniors represents the highest possible reward for a yoga teacher.  This is why I love what I do.

With your help, I will be able to reach my goal of $2700.00 and bring Yoga to seniors one hour a week for one year at the center where I teach.  Funds are running low at the Casa Familiar in San Ysidro for the Yoga program to continue, this group has grown in two years from small group of 6-8 participants into a group of 22-25 participants.
