The Extreme Reading Relay is a national awareness campaign and fundraising event where invited schools, in partnership with the International Dyslexia Association (IDA), will attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the most people in a reading relay. Nearly 3,000 students from schools across the U.S. will participate in this historic celebration of literacy; demonstrating that all struggling readers can learn to read successfully and become lifelong learners. The event will be streamed live via the internet for the world to see.
