Do you know someone affected by diabetes?

Join the DYF Family and greater diabetes community for a day in honor of children, family and friends affected by diabetes - as well as a celebration of the people who support those who are living with type 1 diabetes.  

Many have referred to it as the “Diabetic Youth Foundation Day,” some have called it the “Do-it Yourself Fundraiser Day,” and others the “Design Your Fundraiser Day.”  Whatever you choose to call it, it’s about giving one day to help raise funds and awareness for DYF’s life changing programs and services!

Be a part of the community’s efforts by using this page to register your team. These are not walk teams, these are DYF Day teams.  You can create your own event (go you!), join the event of another family (fun and a bit easier!), or simply make an online fundraising page (you've got this one!).
