Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to our fundraising efforts.

This page is set up to collect donations for Matt, a loving father in need of retainer money to hire attorney Douglas J. Davis, www.bwgd.com/davis.html. to begin the process of  getting custody of his daughter.

Matthew's wife took their daughter on vacation in the begining of April this year 2008 to her mothers out of state and decided to stay. She refuses to allow Matthew any visitation until he produces a court order. This must be done before his wife can claim residency (6 mo.) in another state. We hope to be able to retain Davis with the next week or so.

The family has raised almost $2000.00. However, to even get started, Mr. Davis requires atleast $5000.00.
